As part of the Kaizen Institute, and for the purpose of continuous improvement, at the end of 2020 we participated in certification programs, in which we were introduced to KAIZEN ™ operational philosophy, theory and tools that fully support everyday initiatives in the company.
We worked on the adoption of new concepts and techniques of the operating system, thus creating a better work environment without losses and fully focused on the customer. During the KAIZEN ™ voyage we improved the team spirit, promoting a culture of continuous improvement in our own environment and gaining a sustainable, competitive advantage in the market.
